Our aim is to keep voids to a minimum - remember, if a flat isn't let then we don't get paid! This is a two-pronged approach; firstly, we actively advertise and market flats, using websites, To-Let boards, the Press and leaflets, and secondly we encourage good tenants to stay by offering them great service whilst they are in situ.

At Rossclare Lettings we believe that communication is key, and to this end we offer a 'round the clock' service, ensuring that contact is available at all times. We endeavour to respond to all landlord and tenant enquiries within 24 hours and attend to repairs within 4 days.
